Are Noodles Unhealthy?
Ramen noodles are neither healthy nor unhealthy. They contain protein, carbohydrates, fats, and some micronutrients such as iron and B vitamins. However, while instant ramen is an affordable and easy meal choice, it’s not the best for people looking to lose weight. This is because they are high in calories, carbs, fat, and sodium and are lacking in fiber.
On the bright side, ramen noodles are generally considered healthier than traditional pasta. This is because pasta noodles contain more calories and sugar. Furthermore, pasta doesn’t have a great deal of nutritional value. Ramen, when mixed using this recipe, is packed with nutritional value.
